“EGGSALAD”
Ingredients:
For 2 serves
2 hard-cooked eggs (plus 2 hard-cooked egg whites)1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
🥣 In a large bowl mix the yogurt, olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, lemon juice, and dill.
👨🍳 Add the eggs and stir to combine.
🍞 Serve on toasted bread and enjoy!
