Marinade:
- 3 Table Spoons TRULY GREEK Herbs & Spices
- 2-3 large cloves garlic (minced)

- 1/4 cup TRULY GREEK Honey Balsamic Vinegar or White Balsamic for Chicken or Seafood
- 1/2 teaspoon of TRULY GREEK Smoked Sea Salt and Pepper to taste.
Directions:
- Whisk ingredients together. Marinade can be made in advance.
- Cut 4lbs. of desired meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes. Marinade can be used for lamb, game, chicken, pork, beef, seafood or vegetables.
- Coat meat in marinade. Let sit at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
- Soak bamboo skewers in water or use metal skewers for best results. Alternate meat with diced peppers, onions and/or mushrooms.
- Pre-heat grill to 400. Grill 5-10 minutes on each side.
