There is only one love.

And there is only one cocktail of red color, with a girl’s name.

A cocktail you can drink and eat, that warms up your blood relaxes your senses

  and powers up your body.

This is Bloody Mary.

Red, female, spicy, bald beautiful or beautifully decorated, Bloody Mary is the absolute cocktail to treat your Valentine’s day the special way it deserves it.

If love was a cocktail, that would be Lakonia’s favorite Bloody Lovely Mary for one more special reason.

It is the cocktail where tomato, the queen of vegan hearts, meets the Greek god of food, olive oil.

Here is how to make your very own version of Bloody Lovely Mary:

Ingredients:

• 12 tablespoons/tomato juice
• 2 ounces chilled vodka
• 2 tablespoons / lemon juice
• 2 dashes or to taste / Tabasco sauce
• 2 dashes to taste / Malva 0.02 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tablespoon or to taste / Worcestershire sauce
• 1 dash of honey-flavored Messino Balsamic

• 1 pinch or to taste/salt
• 1 pinch or to taste / black pepper
• Ice

For the garnish:

Green olives or your favorite mix
• Parsley sprig
• Lemon wedge
• Celery stalk
• Rimed salt

Instructions:

The simplest way to make a great Bloody Lovely Mary is to mix all the ingredients in a pitcher with ice before you put it in the glass. It helps to chill the cocktail and unify the flavor before it is served plus, you avoid things to turn messy when garnishing. Serve in a large glass regardless of shape. For the garnish, do it the way you wanna do it! Any kind of over-the-top garnish is acceptable and you can go from a single skewer with whole olives pierced into it, to the wildest extravaganza you can possibly imagine (see more in tips).

Special Tips:

🍅 Use a Boston shaker for a more bar-like preparation style.
🍅Make sure you salt the rim of the glass, especially if you don’t use the salt within the initial mix.
🍅Keep in mind the garnish is edible; depending on its size and elements it can be viewed as an appetizer.
🍅That said, garnish in the presence of your companion. Make sure you don’t put something that he/she doesn’t like its taste or smell.
🍅Celery stalks, onions, capers, gherkins, any kind of pickles flavored with a premium balsamic vinegar, fresh herbs like basil and parsley, even olive oil & lemon glazed spicy bacon, shrimps, mini burgers(!), can all be placed as a garnish on top of a Bloody Lovely Mary.
🍅Is it gonna be a long night? Make a large pitcher and keep handy for a couple of extra refills.

And finally… If you really want your companion to enjoy it the most, make sure you have enough ingredients to play around with and make your Bloody Lovely Maries together! Let your styles blend on the make, and the rest will follow ❤️
